In cognac production is used only endemic species of grape (growing in Ararat Valley) Voskehat, Garan Dmak, Kangun, Mskhali, Rkaciteli.
Aging process takes less than 10 years, which is made in oak barrels. The quality, color, flavor, smell mostly depends on barrels. Due to the natural pink oak structure we get natural brandy with taste of vanilla, chocolate and dried fruits. Sisavan wine factory uses the latest technologies and equipments, there work specialists with proper education and work experience.
