Apricot vodka

Aged in barrels made of apricot tree.

Preparing from a fresh apricot fruit. Ripe, sweet fruit, soft and velvety peel, something unique with its softness. The motherland of apricot is Armeina.

The process of making vodka is very difficult. First of all, the fruit must be fully ripe and highest quality. The apricots are picked by hand, sorted, aparted from nucleus, and then they have to tread lightly on fermentation jars. The process takes a few weeks after the juice is subjected to distillation.
