In cognac production is used only endemic species of grape (growing in Ararat Valley) Voskehat, Garan Dmak, Kangun, Mskhali, Rkaciteli.
Aging process takes less than 10 years, which is made in oak barrels. The quality, color, flavor, smell mostly depends on barrels.
